New-build gardens done properly
Cannock and the villages around it have plenty of newer estates, and new-build gardens have a habit of causing problems. It's common to find a thin layer of topsoil laid over compacted ground and builder's rubble, which is why the lawn stays soggy and the patio the developer put in has started to sink.
The fix is to dig it out and start again: sort the drainage, put in a proper base, then lay a patio, artificial grass or new turf that will actually last.
Driveways, fences and walls
We lay block-paved and gravel driveways, put up fencing on concrete posts and build garden walls and piers across the Cannock area, along with plastering and roof repairs.
Planning and dropped kerbs in Cannock
Cannock is in Staffordshire, so the rules are split. Planning goes through Cannock Chase District Council, while dropped kerbs and anything on the highway go through Staffordshire County Council. Great Wyrley and Cheslyn Hay come under South Staffordshire Council for planning. The national rules on driveways, fences and walls are the same as anywhere else in England.

I needed a new fence fitted to secure our boundary. Craig was quick to come out and provide a quote, and he gave us great advice on the best options for our needs. We’re really happy with the finished result and the overall service. Would highly recommend!
