Who we are
We’re Pelsall Builders, a family business based in Pelsall, Walsall. You can contact us at hello@pelsallbuilders.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we receive the details you enter: usually your name, phone number, postcode or address, email if you give it, and information about the job. If you call or WhatsApp us, we’ll have your number and anything you send us.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange a visit, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We don’t sell your details, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are handled by our website host, Netlify, and passed on to us. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to quote and do the job, and for any records we’re required to keep for tax and accounts. After that, we delete them.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
